Data collected
Customer contact information, service addresses, access notes, scheduling records, invoices, quotes, customer communications, staff operational records, vehicle/equipment data, and service photos may be stored.
Data use
Data is used to schedule and complete lawn care work, communicate with customers, collect payment, maintain service history, and support business operations.
Retention and requests
Operators should retain records only as long as needed for operations, tax, legal, and customer support requirements. Export, correction, and deletion requests should be handled through the support process documented in the production runbook.
